Rearrange:

Rearrange the equation by subtracting what is to the right of the equal sign from both sides of the equation :

0-((28)^2/3600-60*(28))=0

Step 1 :

 1.1     28 = 2²•7

(28)² = (2²•7)² = 2⁴ • 7²
