Solution - Raising to a power

Step  1  :

 1.1     9 = 32

(9)⁸ = (3²)⁸ = 3¹⁶

Equation at the end of step  1  :

  316^0

Step  2  :

 2.1     Anything raised to the zeroth power is 1. On the other hand, zero raised to any power is 0. What if zero is raised to the zeroth power ?

Well, some authors define 0^0 = 1, whereas others leave it undefined. Tiger shall regard it as 1
